Fantastic friendly, efficient, professional service! Each staff person - from the person who took my first phone call, to the people who handled my insurance, to the repair person - was a pleasure to deal with. They made everything so surprisingly easy.

Had my car vandalized and needed a specific dealer window to be installed. Not only did it get fixed the next day, they quoted me a cheaper price than Hyundai or any other local glass shops. They then helped me save even more money by walking me through my insurance policy and educating me on vandalism versus at fault claims and I ended up saving even more. I would recommend the Guelph location to anyone.

I called the office and needed a stone chip repair on my car's glass the day of and they accommodated me. They also took the initiative of contacting the insurance company right there and then and so I didn't have to pay for the repair as they were doing direct billing. The receptionist lady and gentleman were courteous and civilized (unlike other auto repair places) and even the workers were nice and had a smile on their face. It felt like I was going into someone's home and being greeted well. They also finished the repair in 15min!!! I would highly recommend!

I went there to replace the windshield on my 2014 Nissan Rogue, and let me tell you, they go a long way for the customer. Excellent service, super friendly staff, they fix your car perfectly and in no time, they deal with your insurance to ensure everything is OK. I strongly recommend this place. Chose this place due to the good reviews on Google and it didn't disappoint. Called Monday morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon. They repaired my windshield that had a nasty stone chip in it and now it's barely noticeable. The service was fantastic and everyone was extremely friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone! Also can't beat the price, cheapest quote I got in town.
